We Are Getting an Updated Website
We
at Tasker & Co, the only Chartered Surveyors in the NorthEast who
specialise in pubs and hotels, are in the process of updating our website
in order to provide our customers with the most up to date property list
available. The list will be viewable on screen or downloadable as a pdf
from a special protected area (only people who have registered for a new
password will be able to do this). It will be updated daily, or as many
times a day as changes are needed, so that you will always have access
to the most up to date information. We aim to provide you with the most
accurate information at all times and will keep you informed of any change
to the market.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst the updates are being carried out. We truly believe it will be worth the wait!
Tasker and Co. Ltd are now using Eagles Eye Views to produce high quality elevated images of pubs they are selling where this will present them in the best light. Simon Tasker and David Gibson set up Eagles Eye Views when they realised that a ground shot of a large property, most often the case in the licensed trade, simply does not do justice in providing a potential purchaser with an accurate account. The aerial photo suddenly puts the third dimension into the scene, brings the picture to life and instantly imparts an infinitely greater amount of information to the observer.
